The Linde L-Matic (AC) autonomous pallet stacker, featuring cantilevered forks, streamlines the movement of enclosed containers and unloading goods at transfer points inaccessible to load wheel supports, such as conveyor systems.
This counterbalanced truck, operable manually when needed, can manage loads up to 1.6 tonnes and reach heights of 1.9 meters. It can serve as a standalone unit or integrate seamlessly into an automated fleet.
Its intelligent navigation system operates without floor tracks or laser reflectors, ensuring flexibility for use in various and ever-changing environments. Furthermore, its robust set of safety features effectively detects people and obstacles within its operational area.
- Laser optics and camera scanning enable the recognition of people, other trucks, and obstacles, and ensures that collisions are reliably avoided.
- Truck reduces its speed accordingly and will come to a halt if it recognises an obstacle that doesn’t move out of its way. This functionality simultaneously guarantees high levels of both safety and productivity.
- Can be stopped at any time using any of several emergency stop buttons mounted around its frame.
