Effortless Dual Pallet Transport in Tight Spaces
The D12 S/SF pallet stackers feature a chassis narrower than a pallet, allowing them to transport two pallets simultaneously and navigate through tight spaces. The elevated operator position provides clear visibility of the fork tips, simplifying load handling. The operator platform is isolated from the chassis to reduce vibrations, enhancing operator comfort and focus.
Linde offers two standard versions of the D12 pallet stacker: the S model with the operator standing at a right angle to the direction of travel for front and back visibility, and the SF model with the operator facing the direction of travel, maintaining a constant view of the load. Both models offer mast variations for different load heights and a lifting capacity of up to 1.2 tonnes.
- While in motion, the operator remains safely enclosed within the truck's protective boundaries.
- The compact chassis offers the operator clear visibility of the fork tips, allowing them to anticipate and avoid obstacles.
- Releasing the pedal triggers the electromagnetic system to gently slow down the truck, with the intensity of the braking corresponding to the load.
- A dead man's switch is in place for hazardous situations, automatically applying the brakes when it's no longer pressed.
- The curve assist system aids the pallet stacker in automatically adapting its speed when navigating corners.
